Avim (av-im) is the creative identity of UK designer Imran Afzal. Based in Northern England, Imran works within a broad range of fields but specialises in web and interface design along with front end development.

He has worked with clients such as Manchester United FC, Pink Lilly, Canalside Media and Colchester Theatre. While employed by Purplefishes as a designer, Imran worked on Streetshirts (www.streetshirts.co.uk) as well as their own corporate site (www.purplefishes.com). Streetshirts was short listed at Drapers Awards 2009 for the “Best Customer Experience”, based on innovation in design and overall site experience, competing against companies such as River Island and ASOS.
